I was impressed with how easy it was to order new tops with no shipping. I dropped my mug several times and shipped my lid. This thermos really keeps my coffee warm!

Drinco shipped my lids quickly & gave me shipping updates so I could watch for when they would arrive. The lids themselves are AMAZING! The flip top is SO much better than the lid that came on my tumbler. Easy to work & reseal. A quality product. Love these cups! We drink out of them every day! Had to order replacement lids due to dropping the cup :( so happy they had lids. Ordering the lids was super easy and fast! Would definitely recommend buying these as opposed to much higher priced other cups!

Perfect replacement for the one the I dropped and broke. I like it as it's spill proof, yet easy to clean. So glad they sell replacements so I don't have to toss the whole cup!
